Three persons made up Hungary Horizons, This was a service to help others move to Hungary, but with a difference of opinions on how it was run, leading to the breakup and now I have gone my own way due to my own beliefs, I strongly believe that this should be a community where we help each other out, not try and take you for a ride and charge you left right and centre for this and that as you may not know any different.

But of course, we all need to make a living, and where there is a service in black and white, where you know what you’re getting for that price, then that is fine. But when there are hidden costs, or work being done without mention of costs and then charged afterwards, or house prices all of a sudden jumping up a grand or two for someone to make their drink on top, etc., it is not acceptable.

I could mention names and rant on about this subject as it happened to me, but I would not stoop as low as to do so. I’m sure you can see for yourselves who is just after money, compared to someone who wants to help.

I am a single person, Hungary Horizons, My goal is to help those who want to have an affordable holiday home in Hungary, or even live there full time.

I help completely free when I can. Of course, if you want me to do a full hand-holding service or in other words, help you from day one until your keys are in your hand, and beyond, then yes, I charge a fee for the help as its a lot of effort and time involved. But my costs are far less than others, and there are no hidden fees.

If I am busy, or you want to be in an area out of my knowledge etc, then I do have someone that I can send you to. And I do agree with his style of helping.
