We will go and take a video tour of any property you are interested in, this will be an in-depth detailed video of the property, the land, inside and outside.

we cover the whole of Hungary.

This is not a legal survey, but it is a very detailed view of your property or land done by professional drone pilot using professional drone in ultra 4k footage.

You will get the footage emailed to you to view at your comfort.

this gets you a full view of your parameter of your land according to the land title provided to us.

with this you get views of your roof and chimney, and a far better scope of the lay out of the land and property.

This is a separate service to the video tour, this can be paired with that service as a package deal as well.

this is £50 for the drone survey if paired with the full house video tour only, for just the drone option it is £100(depending on location extra fuel charges may be added)

We have a contact with a professional registered translator, She can do phone call interpretation for your meetings, talking to builders, house sellers etc.

i can put you in contact with her, she charges £30 per hour, she works with the courts and police in Hungary so sometimes is busy, therefore it is advised to book calls with her, she also requires payment in advance.

We also have a professional registered translator to do legal paperwork if needed, although our lawyer of choice also offers this service at £40 per hour.

Our recommended electrician is a absolute top bloke, he can speak good English, Romanian and Hungarian.

His prices are very good, and his work is extremely good quality, the prices are very very good, as a example my own house that is large, had a full rewire including new mains and upgraded amps, new boxes, all new plugs and extra sockets and lights, all exterior lights and cables ready for air con to be fitted, was only £3.2k obviously prices vary but gives you a rough idea.

So you have brought your new home, and its heavily overgrown, or the land is uneven, maybe you even want the building demolished so you can do a new build.

sometimes its easier to have the land cleared back to earth so you have a blank canvas to work with.

The plumber we used for our own house was great, we have his details here. we can contact them on your behalf.

plumbing in Hungary is not like the UK so you cant DIY it.

He does drainage pipes, water inlets, taps, boilers etc.

We know a guy who has done project management for many years, he is a great person to have on board any building or renovation project.
